Welcome to Zelquyn. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zelquyn, including our website, progressive web app (PWA), native iOS and Android apps, discovery, Pulse, profiles, chats, in-chat games, optional Spotify connection, lobbies, Premium, Sparks, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zelquyn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Zelquyn.

Zelquyn is intended only for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zelquyn. By using Zelquyn, you confirm that:

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts where we believe there is a violation of these Terms, our safety rules, or applicable law.

Zelquyn allows you to create a profile, upload photos or media, answer prompts, join lobbies, send messages, and interact with other users.

You are responsible for the content you provide or share on Zelquyn, including:

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload or share your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, another person's rights, or applicable law.

You should not post or share information that you do not want other users to see.

You keep ownership of your content.

However, by uploading, posting, sending, or sharing content on Zelquyn, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, process, transmit, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide Zelquyn.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline.

Use caution when communicating with or meeting people. Do not send money, financial information, identity documents, private images, or sensitive personal information to someone you do not trust.

We may provide verification badges, compatibility information, connection memory highlights, Pulse matching, prompts, safety tools, or recommendation features, but these are not guarantees of a user's identity, intentions, safety, or behaviour.

Zelquyn may allow private chats, group lobbies, public or semi-public rooms, voice messages, in-chat games, message reactions, Sparks, replies, edits, deletions, reports, read receipts, connection memory insights, and other communication tools.

You agree that:

Pulse is a timed blind-chat feature for adults (18+). During a session you may see limited information (such as first name and age) until both people choose to match and reveal photos. Pulse availability, queue depth, and match timing are not guaranteed.

You agree that while using Pulse you will not:

You may report, block, or leave a session. Leaving or enforcement action may end the session for both participants where the product is designed to do so.

Pulse sessions may be reviewed for safety where reported or flagged. The same community standards and enforcement rules apply as elsewhere on Zelquyn.

We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, technical signals, and other tools to detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to violations.

We may take action including:

Premium access, Sparks, purchases, or subscription status do not prevent enforcement action.

We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action where we believe it is necessary to protect users, Zelquyn, or others.

Zelquyn may offer paid features, including Premium membership, Sparks, add-ons, boosts, or other paid products.

Paid features may include benefits such as enhanced discovery, additional visibility, more Sparks, undo features, seeing likes, lobbies features, read receipts, or other premium tools.

Specific features, prices, billing periods, and benefits may change over time. We will show key pricing and product information before purchase where required.

If you buy a recurring subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge you at the stated interval unless you cancel before renewal.

Subscription renewals, cancellation rules, and billing details depend on where you purchased (for example Stripe on the web, or Apple App Store / Google Play in the native apps, where available). Cancel through the same channel you used to subscribe.

Sparks or Spark packs may be one-time purchases. Sparks are digital items used within Zelquyn to send higher-intent signals or access related features.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise:

Payments are generally handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or, where available, an app store. App store purchases follow that store's refund rules.

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, payment provider rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact support@zelquyn.com if you need help.

We do not guarantee refunds for unused Premium time, used Sparks, account removals caused by violations, or dissatisfaction with matches or responses, unless required by law.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.

By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring your payment method is valid.

Your privacy matters. Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using Zelquyn, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Zelquyn, including our name, logo, branding, design, software, features, text, graphics, icons, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Zelquyn unless we give written permission or the law allows it.

You may not use Zelquyn's name, logo, branding, or design assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our permission.

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Zelquyn for your own lawful personal use.

You may not:

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Zelquyn at any time. This includes features, availability, pricing, recommendations, lobbies, Sparks, Premium benefits, or user interface elements.

We may also perform maintenance, updates, or security changes that affect access.

We do not guarantee that Zelquyn will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, or app wrapper.

Zelquyn may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, authentication providers, hosting services, analytics tools, notification services, Spotify (optional), or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you choose to connect Spotify, you authorize us to access limited taste data (such as top artists or genres) to display on your profile. You can disconnect Spotify in settings. Spotify's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Spotify.

Zelquyn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not guarantee that:

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe:

These Terms are intended to apply globally, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

Unless another law is required to apply, these Terms and any dispute relating to Zelquyn will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zelquyn is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@zelquyn.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

If you need a specific governing law, venue, arbitration, or consumer-rights clause for your company jurisdiction, add it here after legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by updating the "Last updated" date, showing an in-app notice, sending an email, or using another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Zelquyn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Zelquyn.
