General support
Email us at support@zelquyn.com. We handle billing, account access, bugs, and general product questions.
Signed-in users can also open Help in the app to submit a ticket with a reference ID.
Safety reporting
Zelquyn is for adults 18+ only. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
To report a user, profile, message, or other safety concern:
- In the app: use Report from a profile, chat, discovery card, Pulse session, or lobby where available. Include what happened and where.
- By email: contact support@zelquyn.com with "Child Safety" or "Safety Report" in the subject. Describe the concern, the username or context, and when it occurred.
- Block: you can block a user from their profile or chat to stop further contact while we review.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
